DMSLOG | Lagerist | Frankfurt

DMS Logistics is a Brazilian multinational logistics company with over 30 years of experience in international trade, specializing in Freight Forwarding. In this role, you will be part of the Operations department, which is responsible for the logistical organization of shipments. This includes close supervision of collection, import, and export operations, as well as document verification in each country.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt of shipments and associated documents.
• Monitor and track the weighing of shipments.
• Generate freight receipts, pick-up lists, warehouse receipts, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
• Take photographs of loads.
• Identify when a load requires repacking, request confirmation, and track the process.
• Dispatch loads efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Completed German Ausbildung or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish would be an advantage.
• Experience in warehousing.
• Familiarity with international commercial documents.
• Capable of independently identifying shipping documents and issuing warehouse receipts.
• Immediate recognition of and appropriate response to damaged shipments.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory management.
